I am Adama, nurturer who understands the importance of balance within. Body awareness is one step towards optimal health. At Therapeutic Healing with Adama we aim to help harmonize the systems of the body through body work. We take pride in Always Doing the Absolute Most for All. Be immersed in a tranquil setting that helps you to bring about inner peace, and leave with a smile. I am a licensed massage therapist, Reiki master and a student of Oriental medicine. As a USATF Track and Field coach, I quickly saw the need for understanding the physiology of the body. I became a licensed therapist. Not wanting to be limited by just the knowledge of a general massage therapist, I became a Reiki Master and found my true purpose as a healer. For me it is most rewarding, to know that I have the ability to help someone heal themselves on all levels.
